Lodging Information

Our conference hotel is The Ridges Resort at Lake Chatuge. Please note the following booking instructions. All hotel booking for The Ridges should be done using instructions below:​

• Phone Reservations: Guests can call The Ridges front desk at 706-896-2262 ext. 1 and mention the Georgia Art Education Association Block to make their reservation.

• Online Reservations: Guests can also book directly on The Ridges website: Lake Resort Georgia | The Ridges Resort using the block code: GEORGIAART25.​

• Reservations made through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hopper, etc.) will not count toward the group block and will not guarantee the block rate or room type.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for commercial vendor tables, as well as tables for colleges and universities.​

• Early Bird registration will be available from August 1 – September 15, 2025.​
